Collections of passports are done at the PICA office where the application was submitted. To collect your passport you will need to present the following:
The official receipt
If you are collecting for your child (under 18) and you were the parent/legal guardian that applied, you will need to produce the following:
The official receipt
A valid photo identification
If you are collecting for a minor passport for which you did not apply, you will need to present the following:
The official receipt
Written consent from the parent/legal guardian who applied
A copy of a valid photo identification for the parent/legal guardian who applied
Your valid photo identification
If you are collecting on behalf of another then you will need to present the following:
The official receipt
A letter from the applicant giving you permission to collect his/her passport
